When will my order arrive?
Orders generally arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. International delivery may take longer. Tracking information will be emailed to you once it becomes available.
How do I power my lamp?
The Aurora Jellyfish Mood Lamp has a built-in rechargeable battery and charges using the included USB-C charging cable.
The Mushroom Glow Lamp connects to a standard USB power source, such as a USB wall adapter, computer or power bank.
Can I adjust the brightness and colours?
The Aurora Jellyfish Mood Lamp offers RGB gradient lighting and selectable fixed colours, with touch control and an included remote.
The Mushroom Glow Lamp offers white, warm and neutral light, nine brightness levels and button controls.
What if my lamp arrives damaged, incorrect or gets lost?
Contact us within 15 days of delivery if your lamp arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos or video so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
If tracking stops updating or your order has not arrived within 35 days of shipping confirmation, contact us so we can investigate. We will arrange a replacement or refund if the shipment is confirmed lost.
Can I return my lamp if I change my mind?
We do not accept returns or issue refunds solely because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item or no longer want the product. We do provide support for lamps that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, and for orders confirmed lost in transit. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Can I leave my lamp on overnight?
Follow the instructions supplied with your lamp and switch it off when unattended. The jellyfish lamp supplier describes a 30-minute power-saving mode, but this is not confirmation that either lamp is suitable for unattended overnight use.
